It’s been a while since the release, but since it’s a cultural happening worth mentioning, we’ll do it again. Andres Lokko (interviewed at PSL), the man who through his pen has held a grip around what we’ve all missed that we need to know, or mostly need to listen to. From magazine Pop, through a tiny but lovely program on MTV (This is our music) up to today always up to date with rare sidestepped tracks, bands and music genres. But mostly he held a quite habile selection of Northern Soul (later sold to Recordmania). You can (if you can read Swedish) catch up on the old in a book series on Modernista; 1989-1998, 1999-2009. Buy it and shelf it for a big chunk of modern northern club and music culture!
